Multi-unit dwellings –Group rates generally 1/2 price of the retail rate. Group rates normally apply to 10 or more service calls per one visit. We can send 2 men at once. We are very busy - please book your buildings well in advance. Booking one year ahead is not uncommon for our stratas and property managers
